Lush, luscious, luxurious. Those are the first words that come tumbling out of my head early on a rainy Saturday morning in late November as I listen to 2002's Christmas Dreams, with an icebox still laden with Thanksgiving turkey and bedrooms full of children and grandchildren. 2002's calm, cool instrumental harmonies give me one brief respite before the commencement of our final Thanksgiving ritual, the decorating of the tree. The purpose of new age music is to provide respite, to allow contemplation, to evoke emotional release. 2002's Christmas Dreams fulfills this purpose through the use of lush, string-laden instrumental arrangements. Though produced through the wonder of electronics, the sound is warm and romantic. The 10-song set, though made up of public domain classics, feels fresh and alive. Time is short for a reviewer of holiday music, but if one has the time, one can bathe in the luxurious sensuality of Christmas Dreams for hours. ~ Richard Banks (Reviewed in 2007)

RDHNICK (Johnson City, New York United States) - "I listened to the entire CD this morning. The 2002 duo are much more than just musicians; they're true artists. If the angels on high were to musically tell the Christmas Story, it would sound like this CD. A superb session!"

June P. (Houston, TX) - "Since I got the email regarding their new "Christmas Dreams", I have visited "2002"'s website many times to hear what I could of the songs, before my order arrived in the mail today. I was so amazed with their choice of instruments, and wondering what they were, I contacted Pam copus to find out. Their use of the marvelous flutes, harps and the fantastic wind instrument, WX5 on "What Child is This" gives a whole new life to the traditional Christmas music we know. I have everything they have recorded and often wished the "exceptional spirits" they are, would do a Christmas album and it is like a special "present". I have put the word out to all my friends."

Michael (Upstate NY) - "There is no end to the wonder and beauty of the music 2002 creates. This CD gives new life to Christmas music while keeping its soul in tact. Their spectacular arrangements and unique blend of instruments is beyond compare, and used to give the music a life of its own. The Carol of the Belles is my favorite, but every song is a masterful arrangement. What a wonderful gift for the season..a 2002 Christmas."
